If you are not registered yet, you may do so by clicking on Start Trading Now. While registering you will get an email with login details.

2. How can I overcome “Incorrect login or password”?

Please make sure that you’ve correctly entered your valid login ID and password and that your Caps Lock is not on. If issue persists, click “Forgot password” where you will be asked to provide your initially registered e-mail, then you’ll receive a link to verify your e-mail and after verification is done, you’ll get another email with a new Password.

3. How can I log in, if I have forgotten all my login details and e-mails I have registered in the system?

You have to send an email to support@vistabrokers.com providing your full name and contact details to perform needed verification and help you start again. As an alternative to the above, you can register a new trading account and start your trading experience.

Registering and Opening account:

1. How do I register and open a trading account?

In order to register and open a trading account you have to click on Start Trading Now and submit the information required. You will receive an email with login details so you can start your trading experience.

2. What shall I do to start trading?

You have to open your trading account by submitting the documents required and top-up your account with the certain amount of funds by use of Vistabrokers CIF Ltd payment methods. When the funds have been transferred they will be allocated for trading purpose. Please visit our Deposit section or Member Area > Deposit for more information.

3. How do I verify the trading account?

Vistabrokers CIF Ltd requests the following documents for verification of the trading account:

1. Proof of residence (address) – utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old

2. Proof of Identity – Passport, National ID or Driver’s License

4. Where should I submit documents for the verification?

You can easily upload them by following these steps:

– Select “Upload documents

– Make sure the documents are clear and in a correct format and start uploading them.

6. What is the minimum deposit required to open a trading account?

Vistabrokers CIF Ltd offers 3 types of accounts: Mini, Standard and Pro. The amount of minimum deposit depends on the type of account chosen. Any of the above types has its benefits and advantages. For example, the minimum for Mini account is US$50.

7. How many accounts may I open?

Vistabrokers CIF Ltd doesn’t limit the number of trading accounts – so, you are allowed to open / maintain plenty. Meantime any of your account can be financed by one of two major currencies – EUR or USD. If you already maintain one trading account and would like to establish another one, then please send an appropriate request to support@vistabrokers.com.

1. How can I deposit funds to my trading account?

To deposit funds you need to make a certain payment by using Vistabrokers CIF Ltd payment methods.

2. How fast my funds will be available for trading after I had transferred them?

If you pay by Credit/Debit card, your funds will be available for trading within minutes! Depending on other payment methods, the time frame of your funds availability for trading may take up to 3 days. For the financing of your account please visit our Deposit & Withdraw page or send an appropriate request to support@vistabrokers.com. page.

3. How can I withdraw funds from my trading account?

To withdraw your funds please visit your Members Area > withdraw section and choose method that suits you best. For more information or assistance please contact your Service Manager or send a request to support@vistabrokers.com

4. What are the fees for the funds’ withdrawal?

There are small fees of up to 2% for the withdrawing funds to Credit/Debit card. Meantime Vistabrokers CIF Ltd doesn’t charge any fees for its services related to the bank wire transfer. The only fees up to US$35 will occur from the bank that transfers funds to your bank account. ForEx Trading Margin and Leverage

1. What is ForEx?

The word ForEx originated from 2 words – Foreign and Exchange. ForEx, or FX, describes the process of exchanging of foreign currencies.

2. How can I trade ForEx?

You can start trading ForEx by using Vistabrokers CIF Ltd Trading Platform. This Platform allows you to perform speculative trading as investments into foreign currencies for the sole purpose of attaining a profit from the fluctuations of relative currency values. By opening a trading account you get a training on how to trade and access other trading instruments and investment opportunities.

3. At what time may I trade ForEx?

You can trade ForEx 24/5. This makes ForEx attractive and available for all types of investors at any part of the day or night. Market opens at 22:00 GMT on Sunday night and remains open till 22:00 GMT on Friday. Other investment instruments trading hours vary, for more information please click on the products Stocks, Indices or Commodities.

4. What is Spread?

Spread is the difference between Bid (sell) price and Ask (buy) price of the instrument.

5. What is a Pip?

Pip is a concept used in the past to describe the smallest price change and is often in most currencies the 4th decimal. Nowadays the majority of currency pairs are presented in 5 decimal places, with the smallest decimal denoted as a ‘point’ and being equal to 1/10th of a Pip.

6. What are fixed spreads and variable spreads?

Fixed spread are the spreads that never change no matter what market liquidity is.

Variable spreads are the spreads that depend on market liquidity and volatility. Vistabrokers CIF Ltd offers you both fixed and variable spreads accounts and you can choose which execution suits you best.

7. What is leverage?

Leverage, in terms of the financial industry, is a tool that allows you to trade / invest an amplified amount of your capital and is commonly used by traders in an effort to perform higher transactions than initial capital allows for, so as to amplify gains. Evidently leverage is a doubled edged sword and a trader also runs the risk of higher potential losses. E.g. If a client deposits $100 and has a leverage of 1:100, he may trade as much as $10,000 worth of financial instruments.

8. What is Lot?

Lot is the term used to describe a volume of the contact size. 1 lot is equivalent to 100,000 units, 0.1 is equivalent to 10,000 units and 0.01 is equivalent of 1,000 units.

In order to open a new trade you should:

1. Click “NEW ORDER” located on the top toolbar

2. In order’s window choose “Symbol” that you want to trade

3. Choose “Volume” of the trade

4. Choose to “Sell by Market” or “Buy by Market”

5. Once you executed trade it will be visible at the bottom under “Trade” tab.

5. How do I close a trade?

In order to close a trading position you should:

1. “Double click” on the particular position located at the bottom under “Trade” tab

2. In order’s window choose “Close by Market”

3. Closed positions are transferred to “Account History”

6. Can I use automated trading system or EA?
